Welcome to TryCure Organics. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of cureorganics.store and the related products, features, tools, content, and services offered by TryCure Organics (together, the "Services").
By accessing our website, placing an order, creating an account, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Purchase Option Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Who may use the Services
By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and can enter into a binding agreement. If you allow a minor dependent to access any part of the Services, you are responsible for supervising that use. You may not use the Services for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose, or in violation of any law or third-party right. A material violation of these Terms may result in suspension or termination of your access.
2. General conditions
We may refuse or limit service, cancel orders, or restrict access to the Services where reasonably necessary — including suspected fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms. Your information may pass through various networks and systems as needed to operate the Services; payment information is handled by our payment providers under their security standards. You may not reproduce, copy, resell, or commercially exploit any portion of the Services without our prior written permission.
3. Orders and order acceptance
All orders are subject to availability, verification, and acceptance. Submitting an order does not by itself constitute acceptance. We may cancel, reject, or limit an order where reasonably necessary, including where:
- A product is unavailable
- Pricing or product information contains an obvious error
- Payment cannot be authorized
- Fraud or unauthorized activity is suspected
- Billing or shipping information cannot be verified
- The order violates these Terms or another applicable policy
If we cancel an order after payment has been collected and no goods are provided, we will refund the applicable amount in full.
4. Payments
By placing an order, you authorize TryCure Organics and its payment providers to charge your selected payment method for the total amount displayed at checkout, including product charges, shipping fees, taxes, duties, and other disclosed charges. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method you submit. Payment processing is performed by third-party payment processors and financial institutions.
5. Payment disputes
If something is wrong with a charge or an order, please contact our support team first — we resolve almost all issues directly, and usually faster than a bank investigation. If a chargeback, payment dispute, or payment reversal is initiated, we may provide the relevant records for that transaction — such as order and shipping confirmation, delivery records, refund history, and related correspondence — to the payment processor, bank, card network, or other financial institution resolving it.
We may restrict future service where we reasonably determine an account has been associated with fraudulent or repeated improper payment disputes. Nothing in this section limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws or through your financial institution, including your right to dispute a charge.
6. Subscriptions and recurring billing
Some products are offered on a subscription basis. By purchasing a subscription, you authorize us and our payment providers to automatically charge your selected payment method at the frequency and price disclosed at checkout until you cancel. Subscription billing, renewal reminders, and cancellation are governed by our Purchase Option Cancellation Policy and the terms disclosed at the time of purchase — including your ability to cancel online at any time. A recurring charge processed in accordance with the subscription authorization you gave is not an unauthorized charge solely because the subscription was not cancelled before renewal; however, nothing in this section limits your rights under applicable law or through your financial institution, including your right to dispute a charge you believe is erroneous. Refunds for subscription orders are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.
7. Shipping and delivery
Shipping and delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, unless expressly stated otherwise. Delivery can be affected by carrier delays, customs, weather, holidays, incorrect delivery information, and other factors outside our reasonable control. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. An order may be treated as delivered when the carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout, subject to applicable law and our Shipping Policy. If you believe an order is lost or misdelivered, contact support as soon as possible.
8. Accuracy of your information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information — name, billing information, shipping address, email, phone number, and payment details — and to keep it updated. We may cancel or delay orders where information is incomplete, inconsistent, unverifiable, or reasonably suspected to be fraudulent.
9. Product information
We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, ingredients, images, pricing, and other information accurately, but the website may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or outdated information. We may correct errors, update information, or cancel affected orders where reasonably necessary. Product packaging and minor details may change from time to time without materially changing the product.
10. Prices and availability
Prices may change without prior notice, and promotions may be modified or withdrawn unless otherwise stated. We may modify or discontinue products or Services, subject to applicable law. Price changes do not retroactively change an already accepted and completed purchase, except to correct an obvious pricing or transaction error.

12. 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee and refunds
Eligible purchases are covered by our 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee, governed by our Return and Refund Policy. In summary:
- A refund request must be submitted within 60 days from the date the order is marked as delivered.
- The product remains eligible whether it is unopened, opened, partially used, or fully used.
- You do not need to ship the product back to us. We do not require physical returns for approved refunds.
- An unopened product does not extend the 60-day period, and after the 60-day period an order is no longer eligible under the guarantee, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
13. Intellectual property
All content available through cureorganics.store — including brand names, logos, product names and designs, graphics, photographs, videos, website design, written copy, and advertising materials — is owned by, licensed to, or used with authorization by TryCure Organics and may be protected by trademark, copyright, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, commercially exploit, or create derivative works from this content without our prior written permission, and you may not use the TryCure Organics name or branding in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation without permission.
14. Third-party links and services
The Services may link to or integrate with third-party websites, applications, payment providers, or social networks. We do not control these third parties and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, privacy practices, or terms. Your use of a third-party service is subject to that third party's own terms.
15. Reviews, comments, and feedback
If you voluntarily submit a review, testimonial, comment, photograph, or other content to us, you grant TryCure Organics a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, adapt, publish, and distribute that content for legitimate business purposes, including marketing and customer service, subject to applicable law. You represent that content you submit is accurate to the best of your knowledge, does not violate anyone's rights, and contains no unlawful material or malicious code. We may remove content that violates these Terms or the law — but we do not remove or suppress reviews simply because they are negative, and nothing in these Terms restricts your right to share your honest experience.
16. Prohibited uses
You may not use the Services to: break the law; commit fraud; infringe intellectual property or privacy rights; impersonate another person; submit fraudulent orders; interfere with the operation or security of the website; introduce malware; scrape or automatically extract content without authorization; abuse refunds, promotions, or payment processes; submit false information in connection with an order, refund, or dispute; or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems. Violations may result in suspension or termination of access.
17. Fraud, abuse, and policy enforcement
We may investigate suspected fraud, refund abuse, promotional abuse, or other misuse of the Services. Where we reasonably determine such conduct has occurred, we may cancel pending orders, refuse future orders, restrict account access, revoke promotional benefits, decline requests that do not satisfy the applicable policy, preserve relevant records, and provide relevant information to payment processors or other appropriate parties where permitted by law. This section never allows us to deny a refund, remedy, or statutory right you are legally entitled to receive.
18. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Except for warranties or rights that cannot legally be excluded, we do not warrant uninterrupted website availability, error-free operation, or specific individual results from using our products. Nothing in these Terms excludes any statutory warranty, guarantee, or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded.
19. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, TryCure Organics and its owners, officers, employees, affiliates, service providers, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from or related to your use of the Services. Where liability cannot legally be excluded, it is limited to the maximum extent the law allows. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or by a defective product, or for fraud or gross negligence, or in any other case where doing so is prohibited by law.
20. Indemnification
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless TryCure Organics and its affiliates, employees, officers, agents, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your material breach of these Terms, your unlawful misuse of the Services, your violation of another person's rights, or fraudulent or intentionally wrongful conduct associated with your account. This provision does not apply where prohibited by applicable consumer law.

22. Policy hierarchy
These Terms incorporate our other policies by reference. Where these Terms conflict with a more specific policy, the more specific policy controls its own subject matter: the Return and Refund Policy controls refund eligibility, the Shipping Policy controls shipping matters, the Purchase Option Cancellation Policy controls subscriptions and cancellations, and the Privacy Policy controls personal information.
23. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or severed where necessary, and the remaining provisions continue in full force.
24. Waiver
If we do not enforce a provision of these Terms on one occasion, that is not a waiver of the provision or of our right to enforce it later.
25. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming and the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction whose laws grant you mandatory protections, nothing in these Terms deprives you of those protections or of any consumer right that cannot legally be waived or restricted.
26. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our Services, business practices, or legal obligations. The current version is always posted on cureorganics.store with an updated "Last updated" date and takes effect prospectively from that date. We will give reasonable advance notice of material changes — a dated notice on the site and, for account holders and active subscribers, an email. Changes do not apply retroactively to orders already placed.
