Privacy policy

Last updated: August 13, 2026

TryCure Organics operates this store and website, trycure.org, including the related content, features, tools, products, and services we make available to you (together, the "Services"). Our store is powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform we use to offer the Services.

This Privacy Policy explains how TryCure Organics collects, uses, stores, and discloses your personal information when you visit or use the Services, make a purchase, contact us, request a refund, or otherwise interact with us. If there is a conflict between our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy about how personal information is handled, this Privacy Policy controls.

Questions at any point? Contact us at support@trycure.org or +1 (661) 570-5476.

Personal information we collect

"Personal information" means information that identifies you, relates to you, describes you, or can reasonably be linked to you. Depending on how you interact with the Services, we may collect:

  • Contact information — your name, billing address, shipping address, phone number, and email address.

  • Payment information — payment method, transaction records, payment confirmations, limited card information made available to us by payment processors (your full card number is collected directly by our payment processors, not by our store systems, and we do not store it), and refund history.

  • Account information — login credentials, preferences, settings, and account activity.

  • Order information — products viewed, added to cart, purchased, refunded, or cancelled.

  • Shipping information — fulfillment status, tracking numbers, carrier information, and delivery confirmation.

  • Communications — emails, support requests, chat messages, refund and guarantee requests, and related correspondence.

  • Device and technical information — IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, and time zone.

  • Usage information — browsing activity, navigation patterns, checkout behavior, and signals used to detect fraudulent activity.

Where personal information comes from

  • Directly from you — when you place an order, create an account, request a refund, or contact support.

  • Automatically — through cookies, pixels, logs, and similar technologies when you use the Services.

  • From our service providers — Shopify, payment processors, fraud prevention services, shipping carriers, fulfillment partners, and analytics and marketing providers.

How we use personal information

Providing and improving the Services

We use your information to process orders and payments, arrange shipping, send order and delivery updates, handle refunds and guarantee claims, provide customer support, maintain records, personalize your experience, and improve our website, products, and reliability.

Marketing

With your consent where the law requires it, we use your information to send promotional emails and offers, measure how our advertising performs, and show you relevant ads. You can opt out of marketing at any time — see "Marketing communications" below.

Security and fraud prevention

We use personal information to verify transactions, detect and prevent fraud, protect against unauthorized purchases, monitor misuse of refunds or guarantees, and respond to payment disputes. If a payment dispute or chargeback is filed, records connected to the order — such as the transaction, shipping and delivery confirmation, and related correspondence — may be used as evidence in resolving it.

Legal obligations

We use and retain personal information as reasonably necessary to comply with the law, maintain tax and accounting records, respond to valid legal requests, enforce our policies, and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Legal bases (EEA, UK, and Switzerland)

Where European data protection law applies, we process your personal information on these legal bases: performance of a contract (processing your order and delivering it), legitimate interests (fraud prevention, service improvement, defending legal claims), consent (marketing and non-essential cookies — which you may withdraw at any time), and legal obligation (tax and accounting records).

Cookies and similar technologies

We and our service providers use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to keep your cart working, enable checkout, remember preferences, measure site performance, detect fraud, and provide and measure advertising.

You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where shown, through the cookie preferences on our site. Where the law requires consent for non-essential cookies, we ask for it before setting them.

Targeted advertising and "sale" or "sharing" of personal information

We do not sell your personal information for money. Like most online stores, we share certain information (such as device identifiers and browsing activity) with advertising partners to show you relevant ads on other platforms. Some state privacy laws treat this as a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information.

You can opt out of targeted advertising at any time by emailing support@trycure.org — any clearly worded request works, no special format needed — or through the cookie preferences control where shown on our site. We treat opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control (GPC), as a valid request to opt out of targeted advertising and any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for that browser.

If you are in the EEA, UK, or Switzerland, we use advertising cookies and pixels only with your prior consent, and you can withdraw that consent at any time; the opt-out mechanisms above apply where US state privacy laws provide an opt-out right.

How we disclose personal information

We disclose personal information only as reasonably necessary to operate the Services and for the purposes described above:

  • To Shopify and the service providers that run our store infrastructure.

  • To payment processors and payment service providers.

  • To fraud prevention and risk management providers.

  • To fulfillment centers, shipping carriers, and logistics providers.

  • To analytics, advertising, and customer support providers.

  • To card networks, banks, and financial institutions when processing payments and refunds or responding to payment disputes and chargebacks.

  • To professional advisers (such as lawyers and accountants) where reasonably necessary.

  • To legal, regulatory, or law-enforcement authorities where required or permitted by law.

  • In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to this Privacy Policy.

We limit each disclosure to the information reasonably necessary for that purpose. Our service providers may use your personal information only to provide services to us. Our advertising and analytics partners (for example, the platforms whose pixels appear on our site) operate independently and may use information collected through their own cookies and pixels for their own purposes, as described in their own privacy policies — you can opt out of our sharing with these partners as described in "Targeted advertising" above.

Mobile information and text messaging

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Relationship with Shopify

The Services are hosted by Shopify. Information submitted through trycure.org is processed by Shopify and its service providers as necessary to operate, secure, and support the Services, including payment processing, fraud detection, analytics, and transaction management. Shopify's own privacy practices are described in the Shopify Privacy Policy.

Children's privacy

The Services are intended for adults. Some of our products are formulated for children, but they must be purchased by a parent, guardian, or other adult who can legally complete the transaction. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we do not market directly to children. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16, and we do not knowingly process the personal information of anyone under 18 for targeted advertising.

If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at support@trycure.org and we will promptly delete it, except for transaction records we are legally required to keep — and we will not use those records for any other purpose.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or loss. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please keep your account credentials confidential.

Retention

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy — including maintaining transaction records, providing support, handling refunds and guarantees, meeting tax and accounting obligations, resolving disputes, preventing fraud, and defending legal claims. Records connected to payment disputes, fraud investigations, or legal claims may be kept longer where reasonably necessary or required by law or by our payment providers.

As a general rule: order and transaction records are kept for up to 7 years to meet tax, accounting, and payment-network requirements; support and dispute records for as long as the matter and any related claims remain live; marketing data until you unsubscribe or after roughly 24 months of inactivity; and device and usage data for the shorter periods needed for security and analytics.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access the personal information we hold about you, and receive a copy of it.

  • Correct inaccurate personal information.

  • Delete personal information.

  • Receive the personal information you provided to us in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format, and have it transmitted to another provider where technically feasible (data portability), where European data protection law applies.

  • Opt out of targeted advertising, and of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information.

  • Restrict or object to certain processing.

  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

  • Not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.

These rights are not absolute — for example, we may keep records we are legally required to keep, or that are reasonably necessary to complete your transaction, prevent fraud, or defend a legal claim. If we decline part of a request, we will tell you why.

How to exercise your rights

Email support@trycure.org or call +1 (661) 570-5476. We will verify your identity (usually by confirming details of your account or a recent order) and respond within the time required by applicable law. We do not require identity verification for requests to opt out of targeted advertising or the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information — for those, we ask only for the information needed to apply your request. Where your state's law allows, you may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, and you may appeal a decision by replying to our response — we will review the appeal and answer within the legally required time.

If European data protection law applies to you, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. If you live in a US state with a comprehensive privacy law, you may contact your state Attorney General.

Marketing communications

You can unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any of those emails, or by contacting us. Even after you opt out, we will still send non-promotional messages about your orders, refunds, account, or security — those are part of running your purchase, not marketing.

International transfers

We are based in the United States, and TryCure Organics, Shopify, and our service providers may process personal information in countries other than the one where you live. Where the law requires safeguards for international transfers, we or our service providers rely on appropriate mechanisms such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses (with the UK Addendum and Swiss adaptations where applicable) or the recipient's certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. You can request a copy of the relevant safeguards by contacting support@trycure.org.

Third-party websites

The Services may link to websites or services operated by third parties. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, and we encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party service you use.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date, and material changes will be highlighted on the site or communicated to you where the law requires.
